Before your appointment

• Illness —if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment by following the rescheduling/cancellation policy. Please don’t put me in a compromised position about you paying for your appointment if it’s within the 24-hour window. I’m just trying to have predictable income and work hours. I’m one of the first ones to lend a hand when someone is in need of help, but conflating my acts of kindness with my business policies is never okay. I want to know what my next day at work is going to look like on a regular basis, without panic of filling gaps.

• Appointments canceled OR rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged full price for the services booked. Obviously, no call/no shows will be charged the full price of the service as well. By booking an appointment, you indicate that you understand this policy and consent to your card being charged in the event this happens.

• CASH PREFERRED. All major Credit Cards accepted with an additional $5 card processing fee applied at checkout.

During your appointment

Downtown street parking is frequently available around the Courthouse Square Building. Please plan ahead by downloading the app https://flowbirdapp.com/ and fill in your card/vehicle to expedite your parking before your appointment. Otherwise, bring some quarters and fill the meter the old fashioned way!

Seahorse Barbershop is located inside of Noble Studio on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Square Building, located at 1102 A St. in downtown Tacoma, Wa.
